I play sax, clarinet and piano - I strum a bit of guitar, and I can make a noise like a kazoo without a kazoo. I have had the pleasure to work alongside such greats as John Dankworth, the BBC Big Band, the National Theatre and the Mr. Men and performing has taken me to such exotic destinations as the London, Poland, the Edinburgh Fringe and Skegness.
Currently I am Head of Wind, Brass & Percussion at the London College of Music’s Junior College, I am Nottingham University’s Jazz Sax Specialist and I teach privately from my Nottingham studio.
I record my original music under the name PeeWee’s Funk Salad - you can hear some below. My tracks have been played on BBC6, Rai2, and filled dancefloors across the country - one song is even being used as my Mum’s ringtone.
